Camp with a Ramp Sponsorship
On behalf of the Neuro and Brain Community Foundation, I would like to request a donation in support of our Annual Camp with a Ramp event!
This year’s camp is planned for September 12-15, 2024, at Whispering Hope Ranch northeast of Payson, Arizona. This retreat provides a unique opportunity for individuals living with Spinal Cord Injuries and their families to share a three-day “life changing” camp experience in the beautiful pines of Arizona. Numerous accessible sports and recreational activities are planned and designed to include people with all levels of disabilities and abilities. In addition, it fosters empowerment and independence, facilitates education, networking, mentoring and personal growth for everyone involved.
This year we expect to reach 80 participants and 30 volunteer healthcare providers. It is our goal to provide lodging, food, activities, and caregiving without additional cost to the participants. With your financial assistance, individuals and families that would never have the chance to participate in this amazing weekend can attend.
This is an excellent opportunity to reach the public and to promote your company. As a thank you for your support, you may receive recognition on all event items, t-shirts, programs, banners, and our website with exposure to the public. You may also support this incredible event by donating supplies or gifts.
Our success will not be possible without donations from local business and community members like you. We are asking that you review the information and complete the donation form. Camp With A Ramp Sponsorship Form
Sponsorship Levels
Trail Blazer - $15,000
The Trail Blazer ensures the success of the camp by allowing us to secure the use of Whispering Hope Ranch, and provide transportation, and all supplies inherent to the function of the camp. Extra-large logo placed in a prominent position on everything related to the event, and recognition as the title sponsor. Your logo and name on the t-shirts, banners, and programs. Full-page advertisement in the event program provided to all participants and volunteers. Your corporate signage is displayed at the event site. Your company's promotional materials distributed at the event and all other NBCF events for 2024. Noted recognition in all marketing and media materials related to the event. Recognition in press releases as the Trail Blazer. Prominent placement on our website including your logo and link to your website, if desired.
Head Cowboy – $10,000
The Head Cowboy Sponsor allows many volunteers and caregivers to attend camp. You will also allow us to provide the evening entertainment, including Casino Night and Dance Night with a live band. As the Head Cowboy, you will receive: a large logo and your name on the t-shirts, banner, and programs, and recognition with a large logo on our website. Your half-page advertisement in the event program is provided to all participants and volunteers. Your company's promotional materials can be displayed at the event.
Wrangler – $7,500
A Wrangler Sponsor will allow several volunteers and caregivers to attend camp and allow us to provide special camp items such as t-shirts and bags. A Wrangler Sponsor will receive A medium logo on the t-shirts, banner, and programs, and recognition with a medium logo on our website. A quarter-page advertisement in the event program is provided to all participants. Your company's brochures can be distributed at the event.
Barrel Racer – $5,000
A Barrel Racer Sponsor will provide extra items needed for sporting events and crafts activities, as well as prizes for participants. A Barrel Racer Sponsor will receive a small logo on all camp materials* and recognition with a small logo on our website and program. Your company's brochures distributed at the event.
Lead Rider - $2,500
A Lead Rider Sponsor will assist with the cost of fishing and other activities. A Lead Rider Sponsor will receive an extra-small logo on the t-shirts, banners, and programs and recognition with an extra-small logo on our website. Recognition in the event program will be provided to all participants.
Ranch Hand – $1,000
A Ranch Hand Sponsor will provide first-aid supplies and participant snacks on each day of camp. A Ranch Hand Sponsor will receive A large typeset of your name on the t-shirt and banners, and recognition in the program provided to all participants.
Greenhorn – $500
A Greenhorn Sponsor of a $500 donation will provide two campers with food and lodging. A Greenhorn sponsor will be in the program for all participants.
