Camp With A Ramp 2026 Cancellation Announcement
It is with great disappointment that we announce the cancellation of Camp With A Ramp 2026.
Due to registration numbers falling below the minimum required to safely and effectively operate camp, we have made the difficult decision not to hold camp this year. This decision was carefully considered and made only after exploring all available options.
We understand how much camp means to our community, and we share in the disappointment of not being able to gather together this year.
Registered campers may choose between:
- A full refund of registration fees paid, or
- A full credit toward Camp With A Ramp 2027
Scholarship recipients will automatically have their $150 scholarship credit transferred and applied to Camp With A Ramp 2027.
Although camp will not take place in 2026, our commitment to serving the spinal cord injury community remains stronger than ever. Our team is already planning for 2027 and will be working diligently to expand participation, strengthen partnerships, and create an even more impactful camp experience.
We are incredibly grateful for our campers, families, volunteers, donors, sponsors, and supporters who continue to believe in the mission of Camp With A Ramp.

Camper Applications CLOSED.
Scholarship Applications CLOSED. Please fill out the Scholarship application and your camper application.
Transportation CLOSED. Transportation to and from Phoenix area is available with a $100 fee (Please note limited availability for transportation. CWAR is accepting transportation for people in power chairs only. If you are in a manual chair, please email info@campwitharamp.org. CWAR will help coordinate a volunteer you can car pool with, and CWAR with help transport your equipment. It will be a $60 fee.)

- Waivers must be filled out by everyone coming onto Whispering Hope Campgrounds: Whisper Hope Ranch Electronic Waiver *** WAIVER MUST BE COMPLETED
- For Campers: Submit payment with PayPal linked to the application, use of PayPal button below or send check/money order payable to “Camp with a Ramp” with memo stating “Camper Registration” mailed to:

Please note: 2026 Camp with a Ramp is September 10-13, 2026. Discounted Early Bird registration fee is available until May 18, 2026. Scholarship applications must be submitted by April 19, 2026. Scholarships are awarded April 20, 2026. Camper registration will be closed August 1, 2026. Partial refund available until July 22, 2026. No refund is available after August 21, 2026.
Partial scholarships for campers are available based on financial need. The partial scholarship payment is located at the bottom of the Camper Application Form. Partial scholarship applications must be submitted by April 19, 2026.
Campers are allowed family/friends to attend during the day only, however children age 10 and younger are not allowed per WHR policy. If you are planning to have family/friends that will be attending events during the day ONLY, please complete the following:
- Waivers will be emailed in April.
